Earthing is a recently rediscovered healing paradigm using the abundance of the Earth's electrical energy to balance our biological electrical systems. It's anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidizing effects are excellent for health and healing.
I only learned about this concept last week on the internet, and have found it makes sense. In the past, I often noticed that when I sat or walked (barefoot) on the grass or sand in the beach, it always relaxed me.
